Lucerna Properties, a real estate brokerage agency is the personal data controller. We are aware of the importance of personal data for each person and that is why it is of great importance for us to comply with applicable regulations. We process your personal data in a lawful, fair and transparent way and apply high security measures in this matter.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of the 27 April 2016 on protection of the citizens with regard to the personal data processing and the free movement of personal data as well as the repeal of the Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: General Data Protection Regulation) and the Croatian Transactionon the implementation of the general data protection regulation.

In compliance with Articles 13. and 14. of the General Data Protection Regulation we would like to provide information on the way we process your personal data, the rights you have regarding the processing and data protection as well as how to exercise your rights.

2. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Lucerna Properties, a real estate brokerage agency, as a personal data controller protects your privacy and collects and processes only the data necessary for their business operations, processing your requests, with purpose of respecting lawful and legal duties or with purpose of the legitimate interest of the data controllers (i.e. the processing is required and your consent is not required for the purpose of enforcing the Transactionon prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing) or based on your consent. Lucerna Properties, a real estate brokerage agency will supply information not contained in this document upon their request in writing, by email or verbally.
PERSONAL DATA CATEGORIES AND RECIPIENTS
In order to establish a business cooperation with you, establish and verify your identity, personal data that we collect from you are: name and last name, date and country of birth, VAT number, address, identification document data, citizenship, telephone number, mobile phone number and e-mail address. We use a copy of your identification document for legal purposes in accordance with the Transactionon prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing as well as the Real Estate Brokerage Transactionin order to verify and confirm your identitiy.
Should you conttransactionus through our web site, phone, or text message and expect feedback from us, we will kindly ask you to provide your name, last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and in some cases your VAT number.
Occasionaly we may need some additional personal data to process your requests and orders or to comply with the legal obligation or legitimate interests (e.g. your personal status, your profession etc.). In some cases we may collect data from publicly available resources (e.g. land registry, cadastre etc.). We enter your personal data into a brokerage agreement, evidence sheet and the data base located on our server.
Your personal data is at the disposal of the employees of Lucerna Properties, a real estate brokerage agency.
We may provide your personal data to external contractors, all with purpose of fulfilling your requirements (e.g. the law firm, licensed appraisers etc.), supervisory bodies and third parties for the purpose of conducting our business operations (for instance if you are our client we may share your data with a prospective buyer, tennant or lessee. If you are the party interested in buying, renting or leasing we may share your information with the property owner or his attorney/legal representative, family member or any other conttransactionperson.)
4. PERSONAL DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Your personal data will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, i.e. as long as there is a consent of the subjects of the personal data processing, and during which we are legally obliged to keep certain data in accordance with the Transactionon prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing, which is 10 years after the end of the year in which our contractual business relationship ended. Your personal data can be retained for a longer time period for other reasonable ground (judicial proceedings and legal actions, legitimate interest etc.)

6. RIGHTS OF THE SUBJECTS
Each and every person whose details are processed by our agency is entitled to the rights with regards to the personal data processing, access to their personal data, the right to withdraw the given consent, correction and deletion of their personal data as well as limitation of processing and the right to data transfer (if no longer needed for the fulfilment of rights and obligations in the business relationsip or to fulfill the duties by Lucerna Properties, the real estate brokerage agency, or to fulfill and protect legal claims).

You can also file the users complaint with the Personal data protection agency (AZOP).
