Lucerna Properties has been founded in 2007. It is situated in 5 Pavlinska street in Varaždin. The Agency operates in the area of Varaždin County, Međimurje County, Zagreb County and other counties, especially in the area of the Adriatic coast, the islands and beyond.

Our operations include real estate brokerage, as well as brokerage in renting and leasing of both residential and commercial premises.

LUCERNA PROPERTIES are a member of the Croatian Commerce of Economy – Signatories of the Estate Agents Code of Conduct.

LUCERNA PROPERTIES are registered in the Directory of the Commercial Agents and Real Estate Agencies of Croatia, held in the Croatian Commerce of Economy under the registry number 14/2010.

Lucija Novoselec has been registered in the Directory of Real Estate Brokerage Agents under the registry number 384/2009.
We are the signatories of the Estate Agents Code of Conduct with the Croatian Commerce of Economy under the number 333/2017.
Lucerna Properties Agency has accepted the Estate Agents Code of Conduct and is insured with the JADRANSKO LTD. Insurance company and has the real estate brokers liability-insurance policy in case of possible damage inflicted on the client.
Abiding by the contractual obligations as an Real Estate Brokerage Agency we ensure:

• performing inspection and viewing of the property ownership documents
